气虚、血虚、气血两虚调理五步走!
Five steps for regulating qi deficiency, blood deficiency, and deficiency of both qi and blood

气血是维持人体生命活动最基本的物质,气血充盈则身体健康,正所谓“气为血之帅,血为气之母”,气血相互影响,相互依赖,如果出现一个亏损,都会给健康带来一定影响!

Qi and blood are the most fundamental substances for maintaining human life activities. When qi and blood are abundant, the body is healthy. As the saying goes, "Qi is the commander of blood, and blood is the mother of qi." Qi and blood influence and depend on each other. If either of them is deficient, it will have a certain impact on health!

气虚Qi deficiency:

出现气虚者,大多数由于体内生化不足或者耗散太过所导致,主要表现欲精神倦怠,困乏物理,容易眩晕,抵抗力差等等!

Most people with qi deficiency are caused by insufficient biochemical production or excessive dissipation in the body. The main symptoms include listlessness, fatigue, easy dizziness, and poor resistance.

血虚Blood deficiency:

出现血虚这,多是由于失血过多、久病虚耗等导致。主要表现为面色苍白,头晕心悸,形体消瘦等!

People with blood deficiency are mostly caused by excessive blood loss, long-term illness and exhaustion. The main manifestations are pale complexion, dizziness, palpitations, and emaciation, etc.

气血两虚Deficiency of both qi and blood:

气血两虚者,多表现为心悸多梦、面色淡白,肢体麻木、肌肤干燥等表现!

People with deficiency of both qi and blood often show symptoms such as palpitations, frequent dreams, pale complexion, numbness in limbs, and dry skin!

中医认为,阴阳和谐,气血健旺,经络顺畅,则百病不生。因此,养足气血对人体健康至关重要。

According to traditional Chinese medicine, when Yin and Yang are in harmony, qi and blood are vigorous, and meridians are unobstructed, no diseases will occur. Therefore, nourishing sufficient qi and blood is of vital importance to human health.

可通过五个步骤来调理:

It can be regulated through five steps:

一调脾胃First,Regulate the spleen and stomach

脾胃是气血生化之源,《灵枢·决气》中认为血液是通过脾胃运化而生成,所以如果治疗血证就需要重视调理脾胃!

The spleen and stomach are the sources of qi and blood production. According to "Ling Shu: Jueqi", blood is generated through the transformation and transportation of the spleen and stomach. Therefore, if treating blood disorders, it is necessary to pay attention to regulating the spleen and stomach!

饮食调养可多吃南瓜、山药、莲子、扁豆、薏米等健脾益胃的食材。此外,还可煎服“参芪术茶”:取党参5克、黄芪5克、白术3克、淮山药3克、升麻3克,取其煎煮液400克,泡花茶5克,冲饮至味淡,有补脾益气、升阳止泻之效。

For dietary adjustment, one can consume more foods that are good for the spleen and stomach, such as pumpkin, yam, lotus seeds, adzuki beans, and coix seed. In addition, "Ginseng, Astragalus and Atractylodes Tea" can also be decocted and taken: Take 5 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, 5 grams of Astragalus membranaceus, 3 grams of Atractylodes macrocephala, 3 grams of Chinese yam and 3 grams of Perilla frutescens. Take 400 grams of their decoction and steep it in 5 grams of flower tea. Drink it until the taste is weak. It has the effects of tonifying the spleen and benefiting qi, rising Yang and stopping diarrhea.

二养肝血

Second, nourish liver blood

中医认为“肝郁则脾虚”, 肝藏血,主疏泄,有助脾胃运化,所以养肝血也是调气血非常重要的一个步骤。

According to traditional Chinese medicine, "Liver depression leads to spleen deficiency." The liver stores blood, governs the free flow of qi, and helps the spleen and stomach transform and transport. Therefore, nourishing liver blood is also a very important step in regulating qi and blood.

暴怒的情绪会伤肝伤脾,导致气血损耗,所以我们应该注意切记生气,熬夜,多注意睡眠,并且“久视伤血”,经常用眼的人也需要注意眼睛的保养,防止耗伤气血。

Furious emotions can harm the liver and spleen, leading to the depletion of qi and blood. Therefore, we should be cautious not to get angry, stay up late, pay more attention to sleep, and "prolonged staring harms blood". People who frequently use their eyes also need to take care of them to prevent the depletion of qi and blood.

三食药膳Third, Eat medicinal diet

药膳补气血是比较常见的一种方式,见效也是比较快的,补气可食“四君子汤”,取人参10克、白术9克、茯苓9克、炙甘草6克,与羊肉炖食即可。补血可用“四物汤”, 取白芍、当归、熟地黄、川芎各9克,放入250毫升水中,煎至150毫升时,空腹热服。(本文旨在科普,患者需在医师指导下用药。)

Medicinal diet for tonifying qi and blood is a relatively common way and it takes effect quickly. To tonify qi, one can consume the "Four Gentlemen Decoction". Take 10 grams of ginseng, 9 grams of Atractylodes macrocephaloides, 9 grams of poria cocos, and 6 grams of honey-fried licorice, and stew them with mutton for consumption. To replenish blood, the "Siwu Decoction" can be used. Take 9 grams each of White Peony Root, Angelica sinensis, Rehmannia glutinosa and Ligusticum chuanxiong, put them in 250 milliliters of water, boil down to 150 milliliters, and take it hot on an empty stomach. 例外在中药当中也不乏一些可以补气养血的佳品,例如当归、川芎、熟地、枸杞、黄芪等等均有很好的调节机体补气益血的功效!

For instance, Angelica sinensis, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Rehmannia glutinosa, Lycium barbarum, Astragalus membranaceus, etc., all have excellent effects in regulating the body and tonifying qi and blood!

四远寒邪 Fourth, stay away from cold pathogenic factors

中医认为,“血得温则行,得寒则凝”,寒邪会让血液瘀滞,导致经络不畅,气血生化受阻,这样会给我们身体带来比较大的伤害。

According to traditional Chinese medicine, "blood flows when it is warm and congeals when it is cold." Cold pathogenic factors can cause blood stasis, leading to blocked meridians and impeded production of qi and blood, which can cause considerable harm to our bodies.

我们应该注意远离寒邪,冬季应注意保暖,夏季切勿贪凉,经常温水泡脚,经常做一做按摩,对身体比较好!

We should pay attention to staying away from cold pathogenic factors. In winter, we should keep warm. In summer, we must not seek coolness. Soaking our feet in warm water frequently and doing massages often are good for our health!

五多运动Fifth, do more exercise

运动对身体健康非常重要,我们都知道经常运动的人面色红润有光泽,看起来生机勃勃,这是因为运动有助于脾胃将营养物质转化为气血,供身体所用,还可以疏通经络,让气血充盈!

Exercise is of great significance to physical health. We all know that people who exercise regularly have a rosy and lustrous complexion and look full of vitality. This is because exercise helps the spleen and stomach convert nutrients into qi and blood for the body's use, and it can also unblock the meridians, making qi and blood abundant!

我们在选择运动的时候最好选择一些慢运动,切记剧烈的运动,如慢跑、游泳、打球、瑜伽、太极拳等。这样才对身体健康更加有利!

When choosing sports, it's best to pick some slow ones and avoid intense ones, such as jogging, swimming, playing ball games, yoga, Tai Chi, etc. This is more beneficial to one's health!

气足则血盈,气血健旺,经络顺畅,则百病不生。所以气血也是养生过程当中必不可少的一部分,对身体健康至关重要!

When qi is sufficient, blood is abundant. When qi and blood are vigorous and the meridians flow smoothly, no diseases will occur. Therefore, qi and blood are also an indispensable part of the process of health preservation and are of vital importance to physical health!
